HOW TO REGISTER ?

PARTICIPANT INFORMATION

RUN GUIDE

1. Entry is opened to all Malaysian and Non-Malaysian from 21st October 2019 until 30th November 2019.

2. All race kit will be posted directly to the registered address that has been given by the participant through the registration.

3. All Malaysian payment process can be done through online transfer (CIMB Clicks) and Non-Malaysian payment must be done through Paypal.

4. Once participants' registration and payment have been confirmed, the confirmation slip with E-Bib number will be sent within 24 hours. (* If you do not receive the confirmation slip and E-Bib number, please check your Junk/Spam Mailbox as it might be filtered by your email server)

5. If the participant still has not received confirmation slip and E-Bib number within 3 days, please notify us (Admin).

6. The participant can start their run from 1st December until 21st December 2019, the participant does not have to complete the run in just one day like this virtual run takes place at any period within the dates given above.

7. The participant must take 5 ''selfie' or 'wefie'' with the garbage collection and also the screenshot of the running tracker as they complete the run (according to your creativity). The photos must be sent together and considered as evidence of plogging to ensure that the goal of this virtual plogging run is achieved.

8. Don't forget to upload your selfies with your E-Bib and share it on Facebook or Instagram with the hashtags #RunForHealth #PloggingRun #RunForCharity #VirtualRunUPMKB #PPVR2019

9. The Organizer reserves the right to use any photographs (including those of participants), recordings, or any other media records of the event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to the organizer.

10. The delivery of the race kit will be done after the running period is ended which is 21st December 2019
(within 14 business days) and the tracking number will be emailed to you.

11. The organizer reserves the right to change the date, venue or to cancel the run at any time without prior notice to participants, in which the organizer will still make an effort to inform the participant regarding the changes. If the run is subjected to be canceled, there shall be NO refund of fees. Any updates on the run including any changes to the Rules and Regulation will be posted on our official website. It is the responsibility of the participant to keep updated with such updates and changes.

12. The organizer shall not be responsible for the participant on the loss of belongings, injury and even death throughout the event.

13. The proof must be posted via our Instagram or Facebook Page specific to PPVR2019 Group
